  1. I was recommended by a friend as desperately needed a cat flap to an external wall. Had been quoted by other builders a ridiculous amount of money whereas Brian gave a very reasonable quote, came and completed the work. Very polite, very communicative and explained what he was going to do. The work took a couple of hours, looks great. Very neat and tidy job. Thank you.

  2. Propertyfix renovated the bathroom and entrance hallway, the work was a complete renovation of the area. I found them courteous, professional and the work to be of an exemplary standard and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

  3. Propertyfix was recommended to me by friends who had previously used them and were very satisfied. In 2009 they completely transformed my en suite shower room. In 2010 I had them back to do some minor jobs around the house and in 2011 they renewed my bathroom. The quality of their work is very high, they are extremely pleasant and tidy and I had no problems in going out and leaving them alone in the house to get on with their work. The amount they charge for the time spent on the jobs seemed to be reasonable to me. Whether or not they are competitive on price, I do not know, because I do not bother to get other quotations any more. I have been so satisfied with their work and charges it seems unnecessary to go to the trouble of looking around.

  5. I have recently had two bathrooms fitted by Bryan. All the work carried out was done in a professional manner and the quality of workmanship extremely high. I found Bryan a caring and conscientious worker. I would definatly recommend him.
